How Do I Participate?

Step 1: Secure your Sponsorship 

Become a sponsor! If you are not already a sponsor, sign up and choose your level of support online today by submitting your sponsorship here.

Step 2: Select your Party Preferences 

When the parties are announced in April, you will select your preferences. Please choose at least five parties that interest you. The highest level of sponsorship receives priority, so it is important to prepare to attend any of your selections. If your first choice is unavailable, we will do our best to place you in the next available choice instead.  

Step 3: Receive your Party Confirmations 

Confirmation of the party or parties you will attend will be sent to you via email at least two weeks before the first party.

Sponsors are welcome to purchase additional tickets. However, these tickets will be given “ticket level priority status” and not considered part of their sponsorship. St. David’s Foundation Community Fund cannot give refunds on tickets. On the rare occasion that your parties of choice are not available, Foundation staff will work with you on additional party options.

Host a dinner party in your own home to enjoy a special night of food and fun with your friends. We’ve commissioned some of the area’s most innovative chefs, mixologists and caterers to curate and prepare thematic selections of delicious dishes, craft cocktails and superb wines to be delivered right to your door.
