Nixta Taqueria reimagines traditional Mexican American cuisine by intertwining customary and time-honored techniques and flavors with new and unconventional approaches, to create a one-of-a-kind menu. Prepared by the 2024 Michelin Guide Young Chef Award and 2022 James Beard “Emerging Chef” award recipient, this multi-course meal will include Heirloom chips & dips with salsa morita and salsa cruda duck fat fried beans, and a delicious bean salad. You will also enjoy Rajas Con Crema tacos, Salsa Macha rice, Tres Leches cake, and some Michelada mix with Modelo!
